Those who apply for the qualifications of teachers of cultural courses and professional courses in junior middle schools, senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools shall have a bachelor's degree or above; To apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, one should have a college degree or above, and should also have a professional and technical qualification equivalent to assistant engineer or above or a technical level above intermediate level.

College and undergraduate students who are included in the national enrollment plan of colleges and universities in the province must apply for the teacher qualification examination with the student registration certificate issued by the student registration management department. Full-time graduate students who are not registered in Gansu province can apply for the teacher qualification examination with the student status certificate issued by the student status management department.
