What schools did Guo Moruo inscribe?
1959 Jixi No.2 Middle School decided to remake the school emblem to celebrate its 8th anniversary. Zhao Lianwen, then director of education, proposed to President Long that Guo Moruo, president of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, write the name of the school. His reasons are as follows: firstly, Lao Guo is a famous historian, writer and sociologist in China, and he can be called a model for teenagers to learn and struggle; Secondly, Lao Guo inscribed the names of some universities in China, such as "China Medical University" and "Jilin Normal University". The middle school in Wujin county also mentioned Pan's memory: a pen-and-ink exchange with Guo Moruo finally gave the name of the middle school.
