Chongqing Normal University has many functional departments, such as the Admissions and Employment Office, the Academic Affairs Office, the Scientific Research Office, the Logistics and Assets Management Office and so on. These departments all undertake different tasks. According to what I have learned, I will introduce some of them in detail.

1.？ Admissions and Employment Office

The Admissions and Employment Department is the functional department responsible for the management of full-time undergraduate enrollment, employment and entrepreneurial practice. Including full-time undergraduate enrollment, full-time undergraduate employment service and management, innovation and entrepreneurship education and training and services.

2. Academic Affairs Office

The Academic Affairs Office is a functional department under the leadership of the Party Committee and the principal in charge of the school to carry out the organization and management of full-time undergraduate teaching, teaching research and reform, teaching evaluation and quality supervision, and laboratory construction and management. The Academic Affairs Office consists of seven departments: comprehensive department, teaching operation department, teaching research department, teaching practice department, teaching evaluation and quality supervision office, modern education technology department and laboratory construction and management department. The office of the Institute of Higher Education and the Language and Literature Working Committee is located in the Academic Affairs Office.

3. Office of Scientific Research

The scientific research office is an administrative department that studies and implements the scientific and technological principles and policies of the party and the government, is responsible for the scientific research activities of the school, and promotes the all-round development of scientific research work under the leadership of the school party Committee and the principal. It consists of four departments: comprehensive department, planning department, scientific research platform construction department and achievement transformation service department.

The specific work contents and processes of each department are slightly different, but what * * * has in common is that it requires a high sense of responsibility, careful and meticulous work attitude and efficient execution.
