Students themselves submit an application signed by themselves to the grade director, who will approve and sign their opinions. If you really can't handle it in person and entrust others to handle it, you should provide a power of attorney signed by yourself and a copy of both parties' ID cards.
Relevant materials that meet the above requirements shall be handled by the grade director and the students themselves (or clients) at the Academic Affairs Office of the College, which will review them according to the regulations on student status management, and issue the XXXX approval form after passing the examination.
Students (or clients) fill in the relevant information in the form and sign their opinions at the relevant departments specified in the form.
The student himself (or the client) submits the approval form and related materials to the grade director, who is responsible for submitting all materials to the Student Status Management Center of the Academic Affairs Office within the specified processing time.
