There are five levels.

General non-English majors generally take CET-4 and CET-6; English majors generally take the professional English test, which is divided into band 4 and band 6; PETS are divided into 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.

The total score of Band 4 and Band 6 is 7 10. The national passing line is 425 points. The score distribution is as follows:
