There is no subway, so you can only take the bus. The specific bus routes from Wong Tai Sin to Victoria Harbour are as follows:

1. Check on Baidu map, walk about 1.5km in Wong Tai Sin, arrive at Tsz Wan Shan Road, and take Kowloon minibus 73 near Tsz Wan Shan Road rest stop.

2. After 5 stops, get off at junction road near the station of Shaw Administration Building on Shaw Campus.

3. Walk about 40 meters to Hong Kong Baptist University Station and take KMB 3C.

4. After passing 15 station, get off at China-Hong Kong Ferry Terminal and walk about 1. 1 km to Victoria Harbour.

From Wong Tai Sin to Victoria Harbour, take Kowloon minibus No.73 and transfer to KMB 3C. The whole journey takes about 1 1.0 km and takes about 1 hour for 4 minutes.

You can also take Kwun Tong Line and change to Tunma Line. The whole journey takes about 1 1.7 km and takes about 1 hour for 5 minutes.
