Southeast University School of Medicine is affiliated to Southeast University. Southeast University Medical College is located in Xuanwu Lake, Nanjing, which is the center of university cluster. The medical college was formerly the Central University Medical College founded by 1935, and has gone through important periods such as Nanjing University Medical College, the Fifth Military Medical University of China People's Liberation Army and Nanjing Railway Medical College. In 20 12, the School of Medicine of Southeast University was approved as the first batch of pilot universities in China, which undertook two projects: the reform of top-notch innovative medical personnel training mode and the reform of five-year clinical medical personnel training mode.
