Legal analysis: from the time of arrival at the relocation place, within three days in the city and ten days in the countryside, I or the household registration book shall preside over the migration certificate to declare the migration registration to the household registration authority and hand in the migration certificate.

Legal basis: Article 13 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on Household Registration. When a citizen moves, he shall submit a migration certificate to the household registration authority, and register and submit the migration certificate within three days in the city and ten days in the countryside.

Citizens who have no migration documents shall report to the household registration authority where they move in with the following documents:

(a) demobilized soldiers, the county and city military service organs or military service organs at or above the regimental level issued documents;

(2) Overseas Chinese and returned students shall show their passports or entry certificates of the People's Republic of China;

(3) A person released by a people's court, a people's procuratorate or a public security organ shall issue a certificate from the releasing organ.
