Article 34 of the Regulations on the Management of Students in Colleges and Universities stipulates that "the school shall issue F-books to students who have dropped out of school for more than one academic year." In other words, as long as the withdrawal procedures are completed and meet the requirements, schools that drop out after their sophomore year will apply for associate degree certificates and withdrawal certificates.

Parents are required to write a withdrawal application and bring students, household registration books and ID cards to see the class teacher. The head teacher asks the reason, makes records, checks and verifies the accuracy of the household registration book and the parents' ID card, and then signs the notice of leaving school and the application for approval.

Chapter IV Withdrawal from School

Sixteenth students should drop out of school in any of the following circumstances:

(a) for two consecutive semesters, the course credits that failed in one semester exceeded 50% (including 50%) of the total academic performance of that semester;

(two) failing courses (including teaching links) accumulated more than 20 credits (including 20 credits);

(3) Failing to complete his studies within the learning period stipulated by the school;

(four) after the expiration of the suspension period, the application for resumption of schooling has not been submitted for more than one month, or the application for resumption of schooling has not passed the examination;

(five) diagnosed by the school hospital or the hospital designated by the school, suffering from illness or accidental disability and unable to continue studying at school;

(six) did not leave school for two consecutive weeks and did not participate in the teaching activities stipulated by the school;

(seven) not registered in the school within the prescribed time without justifiable reasons;

(8) I apply for withdrawal.

Seventeenth students drop out of school, with the consent of the college (department), the enrollment and employment office reported to the president's office meeting for research and decision; If you drop out of school because of your academic performance or years of study, the Academic Affairs Office should also issue an opinion; If I apply to drop out of school, my parents should sign the application.

For students who have dropped out of school, the school will issue a decision to drop out of school and send it to me. If it cannot be delivered, it shall be deemed to be delivered by means of an announcement in the school and reported to the Beijing Municipal Education Commission for the record.

Eighteenth students who have been dropped out of school shall go through the formalities of dropping out of school within the specified time, and their files and accounts shall be returned to the place where their family residence is located.
