Wuhan University Humanities Philharmonic Choir was founded in the autumn of 1999, formerly known as Wuhan University Humanities College Choir. In the autumn of 2003, he joined Wuhan University and became a school-level chorus club. In May, 2004, he was invited to join the Hubei Chorus Association, becoming the first college choir of the association. Since June 2004, it has been awarded the honorary title of "Top Ten Associations of Wuhan University" by the Youth League Committee for many times. At present, the choir is composed of more than 40 chorus lovers from more than 20 departments of Wuhan University and music lovers from universities in Hubei Province, and has become an influential high-level student choir both inside and outside the school.
