Article 1 According to the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, in order to ensure the smooth enrollment of undergraduate (preparatory) courses in the school, these Articles of Association are formulated in combination with the actual situation of the school.
Article 2 Southwest University for Nationalities is a public full-time ordinary institution of higher learning directly under the State Ethnic Affairs Commission of the People's Republic of China. It is a school jointly founded by the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, the Ministry of Education, the Sichuan Provincial People's Government and the Chengdu Municipal People's Government. Article 3 The main teaching campuses of the school are Wuhou Campus, Airport Campus and Taipingyuan Campus. Article 5 A school shall set up a leading group for the enrollment of undergraduate (preparatory) courses, which is composed of the principal responsible persons and the heads of relevant departments in the school, and is responsible for the enrollment of undergraduate (preparatory) courses in the school. Chapter III Enrollment Plan
Article 7 Principles and methods of enrollment plan allocation: According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, in line with the principle of optimizing the structure of students and promoting regional balance, adhere to the purpose of running a school, combine with the actual situation of the school, and make overall consideration of the quantity and quality of students in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), the employment situation of graduates and the coordinated development of regions, and scientifically and reasonably compile the annual enrollment source plan. After the enrollment source plan is submitted to the State Ethnic Affairs Commission and the Ministry of Education for approval, it will be released to the public by the competent departments of enrollment in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Article 8 In accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, a school shall reserve a plan that does not exceed the total undergraduate enrollment plan 1%. According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, the State Ethnic Affairs Commission and the school use methods, the reserved plan is mainly used to adjust the extreme phenomena of unbalanced students, high-quality students and the last place in the unified examination in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Chapter IV Access Rules

Article 10 If the number of first-choice candidates is insufficient, the school may accept non-first-choice candidates. Article 11 The school recognizes the policies of the Ministry of Education and the admissions departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) for extra points in enrollment and admission majors.
Article 12 When enrolling students for general undergraduate majors and preparatory classes, candidates' scores (including decimal places) shall be used to enroll and determine majors:
1. Candidates who enter Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region shall be admitted according to the rules of "Professional Volunteer Queue Admission within the scope of the Enrollment Plan 1: 1".
2. Candidates from other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) are selected on the basis of their scores (including decimal places) according to the principle of "scores first", that is, under the premise of passing the ideological and political moral assessment and physical examination, the professional volunteers with high scores are given priority, and there is no grade difference between professional volunteers. Among them, the pilot provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) for the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination shall file in accordance with the relevant provisions of the college entrance examination reform plan, and candidates shall fill in their volunteers according to the scope of the selected subjects.
3. When the scores (including decimal places) are the same, the priority principle of professional distribution is: (1) the order of professional volunteers; (2) The scores of related subjects, in which the candidates of literature and history compare Chinese, literature, mathematics and foreign languages in turn, the candidates of science and engineering compare mathematics, science, Chinese and foreign languages in turn, and the candidates of arts and sciences (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) compare the scores of foreign languages, Chinese, mathematics and Chinese in turn. When the professional volunteers reported by the candidates can not be satisfied, if they are transferred to other majors, they will be transferred to other majors according to the candidates' grades. Those who do not obey the professional adjustment shall be dismissed.
4. Within the scope permitted by the professional enrollment scale, the school will appropriately adjust the professional enrollment plan according to the candidates' professional volunteers.
Thirteenth art, sports professional admission, the school recognizes the art, sports, provincial unified examination (joint examination) professional results, candidates must pass the professional examination results and cultural examination results to reach the admission control scores of the province (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government). Schools recruit students and determine majors according to the rules of arts and sports in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government):
1. Candidates from provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) that implement parallel volunteer's filing are admitted, and their majors are determined according to the filing scores (including one decimal place); Candidates from other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) are admitted, and the majors are determined according to the professional examination results.
2. Candidates from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are admitted according to the professional voluntary admission rules, and candidates from other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) are selected from high scores to low scores according to the principle of "score first".
3. 4. Music performance majors are divided into vocal music and instrumental music. The enrollment types of music performance (vocal music) are: bel canto, nationality; The types of music performance (instrumental music) enrollment are: piano, accordion, erhu, Ma Touqin, cello, suona and pipa.
Article 14 Some enrollment majors of the school require candidates to have a certain foundation in Tibetan or Yi language, and the specific requirements shall be subject to the announcement of the enrollment authorities of the relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Article 15 architecture majors require candidates to have a certain artistic foundation, and they must try to draw by hand after entering school. If the exam results can't meet the professional learning requirements, the school will adjust to a major with a comparable admission score according to its college entrance examination results.
Sixteenth China minority languages and literature (Tibetan) and China minority languages and literature (Yi) zero-starting classes recruit non-ethnic language candidates who fill in professional volunteers and use the national common language and writing papers, free of tuition.
Article 17? The enrollment of overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education.
Eighteenth schools do not limit the proportion of male and female students, and former students are treated equally with freshmen.
Article 19 Candidates' physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and relevant supplementary provisions, and all freshmen shall be re-examined after entering the school.

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions
Twenty-first students who pass the semester will be awarded full-time graduation certificates from ordinary colleges and universities by Southwest University for Nationalities, and those who meet the relevant conditions will be awarded corresponding degree certificates.
Article 22 tuition standard: performance, music performance, fine arts, sculpture, dance and other majors 12000 yuan/year; Animation and photography major 9600 yuan/year; 7,200 yuan/year for painting and art design majors; Musicology major 6000 yuan/year; Construction (five-year system) 6600 yuan/year; General science and engineering majors 4900 yuan/year; General literature and history, agriculture, forestry, sports and other majors 4400 yuan/year; China minority language and literature (Tibetan language and literature/Yi language and literature) major is 2000 yuan/year (according to the document standard, the tuition fee is 4400 yuan/year, and the school waives the tuition fee for this kind of major, and each student waives 2400 yuan/year); The preparatory class is 5500 yuan/year. Article 23 Schools should set up a "green channel" for freshmen with financial difficulties, prepare love packages and living allowances for freshmen with special financial difficulties, and at the same time, establish a perfect student financial aid system to help them successfully complete their studies through various means such as national student loans, national scholarships, school-level scholarships, work-study programs, subsidies for poor students, and social assistance.
