Mr. Yang Rudai: Born in 1980, he is a young scholar in Boya, Peking University, an associate professor and doctoral supervisor in the School of Economics, and a visiting scholar at the University of Wisconsin, USA. Mr. Yang graduated from Xiangtan University in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in material forming and control engineering. In 2009, he received a doctorate in theoretical economics from Peking University; 20 13 postdoctoral fellow in economic geography, Peking University institute of urban and environmental sciences.
