Selected Graduates, not limited to party member. You don't have to be party member to apply. But under the same conditions, the limited acceptance is party member. This is the same as your job search. If you have a CET-6 certificate and others don't, then you are admitted. You can transfer to another school after going home to join the party, and the school will accept it. But you don't need to transfer, because your identity is party member, and it doesn't matter where the organizational relationship is.
