The winners of the 9th National College Students' Physics Experiment Competition are as follows:

The 9th National Physics Experiment Competition for College Students was successfully held from July 23rd to 27th, 2023. In the fierce competition, each team achieved excellent results with excellent physical experiment skills and innovative spirit. After review, the winners of various awards have been publicized.

In the proposition category, the project "Polarization and its Application in 3D Images" of Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen) won the first prize, which was jointly completed by Ji Shutong, Li, Han Jianwei and Wang Shuan. At the same time, the team composed of Liu, Li, Mao and Wang Benyang won the first prize of "Micro-video of college physics teaching-conservation of angular momentum" awarded by Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai).

Peking University Institute of Physics has also made outstanding achievements. The cooperative project of 202 1 undergraduate and Zhang Chenrui won the first prize of comprehensive research experiment question C, and Ai and Li won the second prizes of basic experiment question A and B respectively.

It is particularly worth mentioning that under the guidance of Professor Liu Weixin, the team of students majoring in physics, such as Jiang Ziran, Fu, etc. completed the work of "Optical Detection of Ultrasonic Scattering" and won the first prize of the State. In addition, the organization of Chongqing University has also been highly recognized. They organized five teams to participate in the competition and won four first prizes and 1 second prizes. The school itself also won the excellent organization award. These winners fully reflect the research strength and innovation ability of China universities in the field of physics experiment teaching.

The students who have won these awards have demonstrated superb physical experiment skills and profound theoretical knowledge, and their performance has made positive contributions to the development of scientific research on physical experiments in China.
