The Central University of Finance and Economics (hereinafter referred to as the Central University of Finance and Economics) is located in Beijing. It is a university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC) and co-founded by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the Beijing Municipal People's Government.
