Before the internship, science and education teachers arranged unified training according to our needs and job requirements, including: 1. Understand the general situation of the hospital. On the first morning of my internship, I came to the hospital early. The shift had not started at 8 o'clock. I followed the nurse to change the patient's sheets and take his temperature. At 8 o'clock, doctors and nurses handed over their shifts on time. The doctors and nurses on duty last night reported the patient's condition, and then the bed management doctors began to make rounds respectively. I followed them, listened carefully to how they examined patients and asked them. Looking at their meticulous work attitude, I can't help but be filled with reverence. First of all, the doctor will ask the patient's symptoms, such as fever, pain, diet, normal excretion, polyuria, oliguria and so on. Then, the doctor carefully observes the patient's signs, sometimes makes percussion, and finally gives orders. At this time, the nurses began to nervously control the doctor's advice and take the medicine according to the doctor's advice. Nurses check their body temperature every four hours and draw a temperature curve for doctors' reference. In addition, they patrol the room every half hour to check whether there is anything unusual.
In the afternoon, the doctors held a seminar for patients in 14 bed. I also went quietly, listened carefully to their discussion and wrote down all the main points. Before you know it, you should get off work. Back to the dormitory, I summed up today's gains and problems, and felt that today was really full!
I think the most contact with patients is ward practice, with a deep understanding of diseases and a thorough grasp of basic nursing operations. The biggest and ultimate goal of practice is to cultivate good operation skills in advance and improve the ability of nursing work. Therefore, under the teaching principle that teachers let go without looking and watch anxiously, they actively strive for every exercise opportunity, such as catheterization, washing hair in bed, bathing in bed, automatic gastric lavage, intravenous infusion and other basic nursing operations. At the same time, I constantly enrich my clinical theoretical knowledge, actively think about various problems, humbly ask teachers or other teachers for questions that I don't understand, and take knowledge notes. When the teacher doesn't have time to answer, we will look for books after work to better strengthen the combination of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice. Most of the practice departments of Qianwei County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine are holistic wards, and most of us are nurses in charge. While following the teacher in charge of patients, we should strengthen the observation of patients' condition, enhance the understanding of patients' diseases, educate patients with various health knowledge and exercise their ability to apply what they have learned.
