After Ye Jiaying got married, she moved to Taiwan Province Province with her husband and later became a full-time professor at Taiwan Province Provincial University. In the 1960s, she was invited to give lectures in the United States and Canada. 1969, Mr Ye Jiaying settled in Vancouver, Canada and became a Canadian citizen.
