This kind of dormitory has a large space, because there are only two people living, so there is quite a lot of space to have. The last one is a single room.
This kind of dormitory is still relatively few, because most of them are collective dormitories. Then I have seen this in some good schools, such as Xiamen University, which has single rooms.
