Hainan Normal University, located in Haikou City, Hainan Province, referred to as Hainan Normal University and Shihai for short, is a university founded by the people of China, the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Hainan Province, and is a key university in Hainan Province. Selected into the national primary and secondary school teacher training plan, excellent teacher training plan, and basic capacity building projects of universities in the central and western regions.

The National Model University for Deepening Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Reform and the National College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program are the governing units of China Entrepreneurship Education Alliance of UNESCO and the resident units of Hainan Academician Workstation. They are all full-time colleges and universities that recommend outstanding fresh graduates to study for graduate students without taking the test.
