Japan Institute of Culture and Fashion is a university, not a junior college. Located in Tokyo, Japan. The predecessor of Japan Culture and Fashion Institute was the tailor teaching class founded by Mr. Hiraki Yi San Lang in 19 1923, which was recognized by the Japanese government and was recognized as the first clothing education institution in Japan.
