Voronezh State University is the same as Voronezh State University. The National University of Voronezh and the National University of Voronezh are two schools, which originated from the University of Zü rzev. They were founded by Russian Tsar Alexander I in 1802. After Germany occupied Estonia in March/918, they tried to bring the University of Zü rzev (Delp) into the German higher education management system, belonging to a non-profit public higher education institution, which is located in Vo.
