Fujian Medical University, located in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, is a provincial-level key construction university focusing on medicine, with the coordinated development of humanities, science, management and law, and integrating teaching, scientific research, medical care, prevention and social services.
It is a full-time general institution of higher learning organized by the People's Government of Fujian Province, a first-class university and a first-class discipline construction university in Fujian Province, a health talent training center, a medical science research center and a medical and health service center in Fujian Province, and has been selected as a pilot university of the national "excellent doctoral education training plan" project and an implementation school of the national college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training plan project.
