According to the spirit of the document "Management Measures for Full-time Undergraduate Students in Central China Normal University to Choose Major and Interdisciplinary Major after Training" (No.399 of Sinopec Hangzi [2065438+03]) and "Implementation Plan for Perfecting and Promoting Free Education for Normal Students in Central China Normal University" (No.230 of Sinopec Hangzi [2065438+02]), our school started the work of undergraduate students changing majors.

I. Examination

The inter-college professional adjustment written test was successfully concluded on June 28th 165438+, and the interview was completed by relevant colleges before February 3rd, 65438, with a total of 562 people taking the test.

Second, the handling of cross-class conversion.

Due to the professional change of free teachers, it is necessary to seek the clear opinions of the education authorities of the provinces (cities, districts) where the students are located. Therefore, the enrollment list of these students will be announced by the Academic Affairs Office in the next batch after the exact information is obtained from the Student Affairs Office of our school (it will take about two weeks).

Third, other explanations

1. Final exam and course selection. Students who are approved to change their major still take the final exam of the original college major, and take courses of the new major according to the curriculum arrangement of the new major next semester.

2. Handling of student status change. The following students to be admitted should go through the registration change formalities at Window 3 of the Student Affairs Hall (the third floor of the old library) at the beginning of next semester.

3. The first list. The list of non-normal majors and non-free normal majors to be adjusted to each other will be publicized. For the specific list, please refer to the annex "List of Candidates for Changing Major 1".
