I. Adjustment requirements

Transfer candidates must meet the following conditions in addition to applying for the 20 14 master's enrollment brochure of our school:

(1) academic type

1. conforms to the score line of Area A;

2. Candidates transferred to the School of Humanities, the Department of Ideological and Political Science, and the School of Economics and Management must pass the CET-6 with a score of ≥426, or obtain a certificate of qualification of CET-4 or TEM-4; Candidates transferred to the Foreign Languages Department must pass TEM-8. Candidates transferred to other colleges (departments, institutes) in our school must pass CET-4, and those with CET-6 score ≥426 are preferred;

3. The graduate school is a university-based undergraduate, and the "985 Project", graduate school units and "2 1 1 engineering" universities are preferred;

4. fresh graduates must obtain a bachelor's degree certificate;

5. Candidates who do not accept interdisciplinary transfers;

6. The postgraduate subjects are the same or similar;

7. Candidates with equivalent academic qualifications are not accepted.

(2) Full-time professional degree

1. conforms to the score line of Area A;

2. Do not accept candidates with equivalent academic qualifications;

3. The adjustment major is the same as or similar to the first volunteer major;

4. First, candidates who wish to apply for professional degrees in business administration, public administration, engineering management, tourism management, accounting, library and information, auditing, etc. can transfer to other majors; Candidates from other majors are also not allowed to transfer to the above seven majors; Candidates who transfer to MBA or MPA in our school must submit the certification report of their academic certificate (graduation certificate) or the electronic registration form of academic certificate of the Ministry of Education, online certification;

5. Fresh graduates must obtain a bachelor's degree certificate;

6. The postgraduate subjects are the same or similar.

Candidates who apply for the high-level backbone talents program of ethnic minorities cannot be adjusted outside the plan; Those who have not applied for the exam cannot be transferred to the plan. Candidates who take separate examinations (including the plan of strengthening the army to aid Tibet) cannot be transferred.

Second, the adjustment procedure

(1) 1. Candidates who wish to apply for other schools will be transferred to our school.

1. After the opening of the adjustment network, the adjustment candidates who meet the basic scores of the national re-examination and meet the adjustment conditions of our school will fill in the adjustment volunteers at the China Graduate Admissions Information Network (website:/);

2. The graduate school conducts a preliminary examination of candidates' qualifications online, and sends the list of eligible transfer students to the Admissions College (department, department and institute). After the college (department, department, institute) re-screens the students who meet the enrollment requirements of the unit, the college (department, department, institute) calls the candidates to inquire about the passing of the CET-4 and CET-6 and the candidates who meet the foreign language requirements, and the college informs them to bring the original qualification examination materials to participate in the re-examination;

3. The transferred candidates who received the notice went to the graduate school for qualification examination with the original qualification examination materials, and the candidates who passed the examination participated in the re-examination of the college (department, department and institute);

4. The college (department, department and institute) will issue a "Certificate of Waiting for Admission" to the candidates who pass the re-examination;

5. Transfer the candidates to the graduate school with the admission ticket within the specified time.

Note: Candidates who do not meet the adjustment requirements of our school cannot take part in the re-examination of our school, otherwise the consequences will be at their own risk.

(2) First, adjust the candidates who voluntarily apply for our school.

If the number of online professional applicants exceeds 150% of the number of students enrolled in this major, the online candidates of this major may be adjusted with the consent of the college (department, department or institute). The process is as follows:

1. School transfer

(1) Transfer candidates who meet the basic scores of the national re-examination and meet the transfer conditions of our school shall submit a written Transfer Application (including name, major, college (department) reported by the first choice, admission ticket number, transfer reasons, etc.). ) to the college (department, institute) where the preferred major is located;

(2) If the first voluntary college (department, department or institute) applying for the exam agrees to transfer students, the person in charge of the unit shall sign and affix the official seal; Candidates log in to the "Online Adjustment Information System" () of China Graduate Admissions Information Network to fill in the adjustment information;

(3) Graduate schools conduct preliminary examination of candidates' qualifications online, and send the list of qualified transfer students to the admissions colleges (departments, departments and institutes). After the college (department, department or institute) screens the students who meet the enrollment conditions of the unit again, it sends a re-examination notice on the Internet and calls the candidates to participate in the re-examination;

(4) The transferred candidates who have received the notice will go to the graduate school for qualification examination with the original transfer application and qualification examination materials stamped with the official seal, and the qualified candidates will participate in the re-examination of the college (department, department and institute);

(5) Colleges (departments, departments and institutes) issue the Certificate of Waiting for Admission to candidates;

(6) Transfer the candidates to the graduate school for admission procedures with the admission ticket within the specified time.

2. Transfer to off-campus

When online candidates can't study in this school, candidates can apply for transfer outside the school. The process is as follows:

(1) Transfer candidates should submit a written Application for Transfer to the hospital (department, department and institute) where the first choice major is located (including name, major, hospital (department, department and institute), admission ticket number, transfer reason, etc.). );

(2) If the college (department, department and institute) agrees to transfer students, the person in charge of the college (department, department and institute) shall sign and affix the official seal;

(3) Candidates apply for transfer to the Graduate Admissions Office with the signature and seal of the college (department, department and institute);

(4) Candidates who have passed the examination must fill in the adjustment information in the "Online Adjustment Information System" of China Graduate Admissions Information Network;

(5) Candidates who apply for off-campus transfer shall go through the transfer formalities at the Graduate Admissions Office with the transfer letter from the receiving unit.

Candidates who are not in the A-zone line but in the II-zone line can go through the transfer formalities directly in the graduate school with the transfer letter from the receiving unit in the II-zone.

Candidates who fail to pass the re-examination in our school shall submit a written application by themselves, with the consent of their college (department, department or institute) and the record of their graduate school, and go through the transfer formalities in the graduate school with the transfer letter from the receiving unit.
