This hospital is very special. Peking University International Hospital is not a public hospital in the usual sense, but a non-profit hospital funded by enterprises, so it is private. It was born with a "golden spoon". It is wholly owned by Peking University Medical Group, with a total construction area of 440,000 square meters and 80 approved beds/kloc-0.
