But the registration card must be returned to the talent center (blue link), but unless you find a formal job, the talent center will not accept the registration card, and the talent center will accept it if you send it.

1. Give priority to your workplace. Generally, the school will return to your registered permanent residence by default, that is, the place of birth. Before graduation, the counselor will investigate the employment information of each student in a unified way and fill in the specific address of each person's file in a concurrent form. We must attach importance to it. The address can't be wrong, and it was sent by express.
2. It is more appropriate to carry general documents with you, so that you can retrieve them at any time. If you don't work in your hometown after graduation, you'd better put it in the city where you work. It depends on the nature of your company. Generally, large state-owned enterprises and institutions are qualified to link files and can move to the company, and the company can issue an acceptance certificate, free of link fees. Disadvantages: It is more troublesome to leave your job in the future.
3. If the company is a private enterprise, or you have no intention to put it back in the company, you can consider looking for a file in the local talent market center. They will have someone to guide you through the process. The steps are trivial, but the company's restrictions are missing. In the past, the talent market required fees. Now that the policy has changed, it is a good way to link files for free.
Generally, your file will be sent by the school in July 1. After that, you need to take the registration card back to the place where the file is located. Even after completing the declaration procedures, some cities can also declare online, depending on the implementation policy of the city where your file is located.
