The highest score is: National Police University of National University of Defense Technology (but mainland students are not allowed to enroll due to policy issues)

The best first-class undergraduate courses in Taiwan Province Province are: National Taiwan Province Provincial University, National Chengchi University, National Taipei Education University, Tsinghua University national chiao tung university Normal University, national taipei university of technology National Taiwan Province Provincial University of Science and Technology, and National Yangming University in national cheng kung university.

The Taiwanese government will not approve mainland students to attend bad schools, and basically mainland education is not recognized in Taiwan Province Province.
