Undergraduate students who have been studying at school for one full academic year may apply for transferring to another major in light of their own actual situation under any of the following circumstances.

(a) excellent academic performance, obtained all the credits specified in the first academic year of the professional training plan, and the average credit grade point is ranked in the top 30% among the students of this major in the same grade.

(2) Students are allowed to switch from high-scoring majors to high-scoring or low-scoring majors according to professional admission scores due to interests, health, specialties and other reasons. (The professional admission score refers to the lowest score of all professional ordinary batches in Shaanxi Province in the current enrollment year).

(3) According to the change of graduates' employment situation and the demand of social development for talents, the school thinks it is necessary to adjust the major.

Under any of the following circumstances, you may not change your major:

(a) did not report for admission, registration, or less than one academic year; (2) Admission by special enrollment forms such as orientation, entrusted training and joint training; (3) The art category is cross-category; (four) to drop out of school, to retain the school status or to drop out of school; (5) Being disciplined by the school; (six) the physical condition does not meet the criteria for transferring to a professional medical examination.

(7) Admission in the form of a second bachelor's degree; (eight) has been transferred to the professional; (nine) other does not meet the requirements of the Ministry of education, the provincial department of education and our school.

Retired students and high-level athletes after the expiration of their enlistment:

(a) students who retain their admission qualifications and enlist in the army or join the army in the first year of college, and need to change their majors after resuming their studies, may apply for changing their majors within the scope of the school where they resume their studies; Sophomore and junior students who are enlisted in the army may apply for a major change after resuming their studies. The above-mentioned students are not restricted by Article 3 of these Measures. (2) High-level athletes can be transferred between majors that recruit high-level athletes during the school year, and are not limited by the ranking of professional admission scores.

Students majoring in Chinese-foreign cooperative education can only transfer between enrollment majors of similar cooperative education. The total number of Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools (projects) after receiving the transfer of majors shall not exceed the total number of enrollment plans in the current year, and the specific implementation rules for the transfer of majors shall be formulated separately by the responsible units with reference to these measures.
