In August of the same year, Nankai University, Peking University and Tsinghua University jointly established Changsha Temporary University, with the presidents of the three schools, Zhang Boling, Jiang Menglin and Mei Yiqi, as the standing committee members, and * * * as the president. In April of the following year, Changsha Temporary University moved to Kunming and changed its name to Southwest Associated University.
