Changchun Taxation College was founded in September 1948, with a history of 58 years. It has gone through several historical periods, such as the training course of Northeast Bank Head Office, Northeast Bank Cadre School, Northeast Bank Specialized School, Changchun Bank School, Jilin Finance and Trade College and Jilin Finance and Trade School. 1978 Restored Jilin Institute of Finance and Trade, 1992 transferred to State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, People's Republic of China (PRC), and changed its name to Changchun Institute of Taxation. In 2000, he was transferred to Jilin Province, and now he is a key university in Jilin Province. Changchun Taxation College was founded in Jiamusi, Harbin, Shenyang and other places in the early days and moved to Changchun in July. 1950. The school is located at 3646 Renmin Square Bank Building and Renmin Street, and moved to 3699 Jingyue Street in August 2005.

Changchun Institute of Taxation is a comprehensive university of finance and economics, enrolling students nationwide, focusing on general undergraduate education, with postgraduate education, adult higher education, on-the-job tax cadre training, Sino-foreign cooperative education and other forms. At present, there are 6 major disciplines and 32 undergraduate majors, with the right to award bachelor's degrees in economics, management, law, science, engineering and literature, 6 provincial key disciplines and 20 master's degree awarding points.

Two of the seven vice governors of Jilin provincial government are graduates of our college.

Changchun Institute of Taxation has a strong academic atmosphere. The college has 46 laboratories with advanced equipment, including ERP teaching laboratory, e-commerce laboratory, computer composition principle laboratory, computer software laboratory, computerized accounting laboratory, tax simulation laboratory, bank simulation laboratory and international trade simulation laboratory. Software systems such as Shihua digital satellite market information system and China tax information management system are also established for practical teaching.

Changchun Institute of Taxation is an open university. Since 1984, we have cooperated with Atlantic University, Yangcheng University, university of regina, University of New South Wales, Charleston University, French Higher Taxation Institute, Angle Business School, Russian Far East Business School, Waseda University, Imperial University, Tokyo Commercial Short-Term University, Tokyo Taxation University, Korea National Taxation University, Jiangnan University and Cheongju University. Among them, the cooperation with the University of Charleston is the first batch of international cooperation projects approved by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee. People's Daily once reported its experience in international cooperation with the title of "the first school to train e-commerce talents".

The college is also the national training base for senior and intermediate tax cadres. In recent years, our college has trained nearly 3,000 national tax system cadres, and nearly 100 provincial and bureau-level leading cadres of national tax system have studied in our college.

In 2005, Changchun Taxation College moved to Jingyuetan Tourism Economic Development Zone in Changchun. The new campus is surrounded by mountains and rivers, with picturesque scenery, covering an area of 165438+ 10,000 square meters; The completed building area is 220,000 square meters, including 36,000 square meters of teaching building, which can accommodate 1 10,000 people to attend classes at the same time; The library is 26,000 square meters, with a designed collection of 6.5438+0.3 million volumes and nearly 4,000 seats.
