Wenzhou Institute of Technology, as the only university exhibition team in Wenzhou, took Taishun College of Wenzhou Institute of Technology as the main body, and joined Ma Qingyun, an internationally renowned architect and dean of the School of Architecture of the University of Southern California, to participate in the "Dark Green" independent exhibition.

The school, formerly known as Oujiang College of Wenzhou Normal University, was founded in 2000 and renamed Oujiang College of Wenzhou University in 2006. 202 1 1.25, approved by the Ministry of Education, was officially transformed into a public undergraduate college.
