I. Provisions on Applying for Certificate of CET-4 Results
1. If the original transcript is lost, it will not be reissued. However, if necessary, you can apply to change the CET test scores, and only after 2005 (inclusive). No more proof of exam results before 2005.
2. Application: 1) The original certificate issued by the Academic Affairs Office of the school where the student attends (indicating the time of taking the exam, the level of the exam, the number of the admission ticket, the results and the official seal); 2) Copy of ID card.
3. Processing time: March 15 to June15; From September 15 to February 15. It will not be processed at other times.
4. Application method: Send the application materials specified in Article {2} to the office of CET-4 and CET-6 by registered mail. At the same time, attach a registered envelope with the postage required for special tips.
