2. Go through the formalities of changing majors:

(1) Every year, in the first week of June, each college puts forward the admissible majors, the number of students to be admitted, the admission conditions and the subjects to be tested to the academic affairs office of the school, and the academic affairs office of the school announces them to the students who meet the requirements for changing majors.

(2) In the second week of June every year, students who apply to change their majors voluntarily sign up and fill out the Approval Form for Undergraduates to Change their Major in Jilin University. According to your own wishes, you can only choose two candidates who plan to transfer their majors as the first and second choices and submit them to the professional colleges for approval.

(3) In the third week of June every year, the school changes to a professional examination according to the same curriculum arrangement of the department, and announces the examination results. The relevant departments organize a meeting of professors in related disciplines, interview and score students whose grades meet the requirements of changing majors, select the best students among those who meet the requirements, and recommend them to relevant institutions according to the upper limit of receiving capacity.

(4) In the fourth week of June every year, the relevant colleges determine the candidates for admission according to the number of students to be admitted and the recommendation of the professors' meeting of the department, and the Academic Affairs Office announces the preliminary opinions to the students.

(5) In the first week of July every year, the school will conduct a one-time examination and approval for the students who have confirmed their admission.
