Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of our school and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the school and candidates, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, combined with the actual situation of our school and with reference to the Articles of Association of Tianjin University.

Article 2 The Chinese name of our school is Tianjin University, or Tianda for short; Tianjin University, referred to as TJU for short, is the first modern university in China, a full-time general institution of higher learning organized by the state, a comprehensive and research-oriented national key university directly under the Ministry of Education, and a "double-class" A-class key construction university.

The legal address of our school is No.92 Weijin Road, Nankai District, Tianjin. There are Weijin Road Campus, Beiyangyuan Campus and Binhai Industrial Research Institute Campus.

Article 3 Certificate issuance: All students who have the official status of our school and meet the graduation requirements of this major within the specified time will be awarded the undergraduate diploma of Tianjin University; Those who meet the relevant provisions of our school on degree granting will be awarded bachelor's degree certificates for undergraduate graduates of general higher education.

Article 4 The enrollment work of our school will fully implement the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, and comprehensively measure the moral, intellectual, physical and artistic levels of candidates in line with the principles of fairness, justice and openness, and select the best candidates; And accept the supervision of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.

Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Article 5 The enrollment organization of our school consists of the enrollment leading group, the enrollment committee and the enrollment office. The leading group of enrollment work is the highest decision-making body of enrollment work, which leads the enrollment work of our school in a unified way; As an advisory and supervisory body for enrollment, the Admissions Committee provides advice and suggestions on enrollment brochures, enrollment plans, enrollment plans and admission principles, and supervises enrollment work. The Admissions Office is the executive body of the enrollment work.

Article 6 The main responsibilities of the Admissions Office in full-time undergraduate enrollment are:

(a) responsible for the implementation of the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education on enrollment, the supplementary provisions or detailed rules for the implementation of the relevant provincial admissions committees, and the resolutions of the leading group for enrollment in our school;

(two) to report the progress of enrollment work to the leading group of enrollment work, and to inform the admissions committee of the progress of enrollment work and the decision-making matters of the leading group of enrollment work;

(3) Drafting preliminary solutions to major enrollment problems, and collecting and counting information needed for decision-making on major enrollment problems;

(four) according to the annual enrollment scale approved by the state and the relevant regulations, as well as the principles determined by the leading group for enrollment work, the enrollment plan of our school is compiled and submitted by provinces and specialties;

(5) Drafting, submitting for approval and publishing the enrollment regulations;

(six) the organization of enrollment consultation and publicity work, according to the needs of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) to set up enrollment groups, and coordinate the enrollment publicity work of colleges in each responsible province (autonomous region and municipality);

(seven) to organize special types of entrance examinations in our school, to identify and deal with illegal candidates in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations, and to report the results of illegal treatment to the provincial admissions office where the students are located;

(eight) to be responsible for the implementation of the enrollment work, and to coordinate and deal with the relevant problems in the enrollment work of our school;

(nine) to perform the corresponding duties of university enrollment information disclosure;

(ten) to complete other work in enrollment.

Article 7 The enrollment work of our school is carried out under the supervision of the supervision office of the school discipline inspection commission.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Article 8 With the approval of the Ministry of Education, our school plans to recruit 4,800 undergraduates in 2020. According to the needs of national social development and economic construction, school conditions, the principle of "optimizing the structure of students and promoting regional balance", on the basis of the number of enrollment plans by province in previous years, combined with the situation of students in various places and the employment situation of graduates in recent years, our school has compiled the enrollment plan by province and specialty in 2020. The undergraduate enrollment plan of our university is divided into provinces and majors, and the elective subjects and related application requirements of each major are released to the public by the provincial enrollment examination institutions.

Our school reserves a mobile plan according to 1% of the total annual undergraduate enrollment plan, which is mainly used to adjust the imbalance of students on the local unified examination line and solve the enrollment problem of candidates with the same score.

Chapter IV Enrollment Types and Admission Principles

Article 9 According to the annual Notice of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities and the Regulations on Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities promulgated by the Ministry of Education, our school has fully implemented the "sunshine project" for enrollment of colleges and universities, and comprehensively measured the moral, intellectual, physical and artistic levels of candidates in line with the principles of fairness, justice and openness, and selected the best candidates.

Tenth our school according to the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) enrollment plan and candidates to enter oneself for an examination to determine the adjustment ratio. For non-parallel volunteer batches, the adjustment ratio generally does not exceed120% of the enrollment plan; For parallel volunteer batches, the adjustment ratio generally does not exceed 105% of the enrollment plan.

Article 11 According to the spirit of the document of the Ministry of Education, when transferring files and arranging majors, our school recognizes the national bonus items and scores given to candidates by the admissions departments of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) registered by the Ministry of Education. If the same candidate has more than one policy plus points, only the highest score will be taken, and the plus points will not exceed 20 points in principle. All college entrance examination plus points and scores shall not be used for enrollment projects that do not arrange provincial and professional enrollment plans. The preferential policies for all kinds of special enrollment candidates recognized by our school and publicized at all levels shall be implemented according to the corresponding enrollment category recognition policies.

Article 12 The principle of arranging majors in our school is "giving priority to scores, following wishes, and there is no grade difference between majors". Candidates who enter the file are admitted from high to low according to the score of the file. When the scores of candidates are the same, the candidates with the highest professional volunteer order are given priority; When the candidates' volunteer order is the same, the candidates with high cultural achievements in the actual college entrance examination will be given priority; When the actual cultural achievements of college entrance examination candidates are the same, those with high scores in mathematics, Chinese and foreign languages are given priority.

For the candidates who enter the file, if their professional volunteers cannot be met and subject to professional adjustment, they will be transferred from our school to the major whose enrollment plan is not completed; Candidates who can't meet all the professional volunteers and don't obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.

Thirteenth according to the non-parallel volunteer batch, in the case of insufficient students of the first volunteer candidates, non-first volunteer candidates can be selected. When the number of students is still insufficient, the unfinished plan collects volunteers; According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, the unfinished plan calls for volunteers. If the recruitment of volunteers is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred to other provinces with good student quality to complete the enrollment plan.

Fourteenth provinces and cities with special provisions on college entrance examination admission, admission principles are as follows:

For candidates in Jiangsu Province, the academic level test requirements: the scores of two subjects are required to be 1A 1B or above, the required subjects are 4C or above, and the technology is qualified. High-level sports teams and art majors are required to implement the relevant regulations of Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute on the level of selected subjects. Candidates who enter the file are admitted from high score to low score according to their scores. When the scores of candidates are the same, the candidates with the highest professional volunteer order will be given priority. Candidates with the same professional volunteer scores will be given priority in enrolling candidates with high scores in mathematics, Chinese and foreign languages (including extra points). At the same time, students will be admitted from high to low according to their scores in mathematics, Chinese and foreign languages (including extra points).

For the candidates in the provinces (Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Shandong, Hainan) where the college entrance examination has been reformed, the subjects selected by the students must meet the relevant requirements of our university, and the rest shall be implemented according to the plans and relevant measures announced by the provincial entrance examination institutions.

For candidates from Inner Mongolia, our school adopts the method of "within the scope of the enrollment plan 1: 1, queuing for admission according to professional volunteers".

Article 15 With regard to the physical examination of candidates, our school implements the relevant provisions of the Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (J [2003] No.3) issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, as well as the relevant supplementary provisions on the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health.

Sixteenth students, art students, strong foundation program, special programs in colleges and universities, high-level art groups, high-level sports teams, Hong Kong, Macao and overseas Chinese students and other admission methods. In our school, it should be implemented in accordance with the relevant work regulations of the Ministry of Education and the enrollment brochures of related categories in our school this year. The enrollment of Tibetan classes in the mainland and Xinjiang high school classes in the mainland shall be implemented according to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education.

Seventeenth freshmen, in accordance with the relevant documents of the Ministry of education for qualification examination and physical examination. Those who fail the examination will be handled by our school at its discretion until their admission qualification is cancelled. Anyone who is found to have obtained admission qualification by deception shall be disqualified.

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

Article 18 The tuition and accommodation fees of our school shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and Tianjin. According to the document [20 13] 1220, the tuition standard of each major in our school is: environmental design tuition 12000 yuan/year; Animation professional tuition 15000 yuan/year; The tuition fee for the first two years of software engineering is 5800 yuan/year, and the tuition fee for the second two years is 14000 yuan/year; The tuition fee for architecture (Chinese-foreign cooperative education) is 20,000 yuan/year (during four years in Tianjin University) and 7,500 euros/year (during one year in France); Tuition for other majors is 5200~6200 yuan/year. According to documents [2008] 134 and [2065 438+05]997, the accommodation fee for each undergraduate in our school is 1200 yuan/year. For details of the charging standards, please refer to the relevant instructions in the enrollment plans published by our school in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

If the state and Tianjin adjust the charging standards, our school will implement the new regulations.

Article 19 The campus arrangements for the registration and training of freshmen of various majors shall be subject to the latest regulations of our school.

Article 21 After the promulgation of the Articles of Association, if the enrollment policies of some provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) are adjusted, our school will formulate corresponding enrollment policies and announce them separately. If there is any misunderstanding in the contents of the enrollment regulations published by various media platforms, the complete enrollment regulations published by our school shall prevail.

Article 22 If there is any conflict between our previous policies and regulations on enrollment and the Articles of Association, the Articles of Association shall prevail, and the original policies and regulations shall be abolished immediately; If the articles of association conflict with the policies of the state and the Ministry of Education and other relevant departments, the policies of the state and the Ministry of Education and other relevant departments shall prevail.

Article 23 The Admissions Office of Tianjin University shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Articles of Association.
