Chen Guilin's personal profile
Chen Guilin is from Nan 'an, Fujian. Expert in space infrared remote sensing technology. 1967 graduated from radio engineering department of Xi Jiaotong University. Researcher, Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has been engaged in photoelectric technology research for a long time, and presided over the successful development of multi-channel scanning radiometer (MCSR), the core detection instrument of Fengyun-2 meteorological satellite. Using step-by-step scanning of telescope folding mirror and field separation of R-C optical system, the overall technical scheme of simultaneous detection of visible light, infrared light and water vapor is designed and realized. Presided over the breakthrough of large aperture (Ф 410 mm) lightweight space optical system, high precision (angular second level) space scanning mechanism, geosynchronous orbit radiation refrigerator technology and other problems. In the research of photoelectric technology, closely combined with industrial application, a new method for real-time measurement of target coordinates by using two vertical detectors is proposed and realized, which has been popularized in many steel mills. 200 1 Elected Member of China Academy of Sciences.
