Fujian Putian No.3 Middle School was originally located in Guanggong Village, Xinxian Town, Hanjiang District, Putian City, and moved to Chengxiang District of Putian City in 2008. During the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, villagers Chen Guoqing, Chen Jiebiao, Chen Bibiao and others in Hanjiang District initiated the establishment of Guangshan second-class primary school (Hanjiang District) on 1906 (thirty-two years of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty), and built it into a school building by using Buyun Academy and private houses.
