Hebei Communications Vocational and Technical College is a provincial general public full-time college approved by the Ministry of Education. The Historical Evolution of Hebei Communications Vocational and Technical College;
1956 September, the school was founded as one of the six highway engineering schools established by the Ministry of Communications in China. 1958 In September, Shijiazhuang Highway Engineering School of the Ministry of Communications was placed in Hebei Province by the Ministry of Communications. Under the leadership of the Provincial Department of Education and the Department of Communications, it was upgraded to Shijiazhuang Jiaotong University in Hebei Province, and its name was inscribed by Guo Moruo (later schools used the name of Hebei Jiaotong University).
1In July, 962, the Provincial Higher Education Conference decided to merge Hebei Shijiazhuang Jiaotong University and Hebei Agricultural Mechanization School into Hebei Shijiazhuang Industrial School.
