I. Introduction of the Employer
Jinan University is a key comprehensive university in Shandong Province, with 26 colleges and 2 teaching centers. Second, the recruitment position and number of people
According to the requirements of the Notice of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on Issues Concerning Public Recruitment of Staff in Provincial Institutions in 20 13, Jinan University plans to openly recruit 94 professional and technical personnel for the society, including 2 senior staff, 68 middle-level staff and 24 junior staff. Third, the recruitment conditions
(1) basic conditions
1, with China nationality;
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws;
3. Good health;
4. Applicants for junior posts should be under 40 years old (born after April 28th, 1972), those for intermediate posts should be under 45 years old (born after April 28th, 1967) and those for senior posts should be under 50 years old (born after April 28th,1962).

To apply for the position of counselor, you must be party member, and have served as a major student cadre (including monitor, secretary of the League branch, secretary of the Party branch, and student union minister at or above the college (department)).

Four. Recruitment procedure
(A) release recruitment information
Publish the recruitment information to the public through the website of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security () and the recruitment website of Jinan University (/rczp/index.asp).
(2) Registration and qualification examination
1, senior and intermediate post registration
Registration method: Send the registration materials by email, and the registration mailbox is rsc@ujn.edu.cn.
Registration time: from the date of publication to June 13, 20 10.
The application materials include:

(2) personal resume;
(3) ID card;
(4) Academic qualifications and degree certificates recognized by the state. Those who apply for studying abroad must provide a foreign academic degree certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education;
(5) Full-time college graduates applying for jobs should submit employment recommendation forms and graduate normally; If the on-the-job personnel apply, submit a letter of introduction issued by the department or unit with the authority of employing people;
(6) Professional and technical post qualification certificate (provided by personnel with professional and technical posts);
(7) scientific research achievements and award-winning certificates.
All the above application materials must be provided with originals and copies when reporting for interview. Jinan University's 20 13 open recruitment application form must be affixed with a recent 1 inch color bareheaded photo and signed by myself.
Candidates' qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Please fill in and submit relevant personal information truthfully. If the relevant materials and information provided by the candidates are untrue, once found, their qualifications for the examination will be cancelled.
2. Counselor post registration
The registration time is from 8: 00 on May 8, 20 13 to 20 12 on May 8/7: 00. The specific registration method is as follows:
Applicants should truthfully fill in the 20 13 Jinan University Counselor Candidate Registration Form (Annex 3) and send the electronic version of the registration form to Jinan University recruitment mailbox ((rsc@ujn.edu.cn). The subject format of the email is "the name of the graduate school with counselor education level" (for example, Dr. (or Master) Wang, counselor of xx University).
After the registration, applicants must go to the designated place for on-site qualification examination within the specified time, and those who fail to do so will be deemed to have given up automatically. The time and place of qualification examination will be announced on the recruitment website of Jinan University (/rczp/index.asp) on May 3rd. Please pay attention to the applicants in time.
The materials to be submitted for qualification examination include:
(1) The Application Form for Counselor Candidates of Jinan University in 20 13 years signed by me (recent bareheaded color photos 1 inch);
(2) personal resume;
(3) The original and photocopy of the ID card;
(4) The original and photocopy of academic qualifications and degree certificates recognized by the state. Students applying for studying abroad must provide the original and photocopy of the foreign academic degree certificate issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education;
(5) Full-time college graduates applying for jobs should submit employment recommendation forms and graduate normally; If the on-the-job personnel apply, submit a letter of introduction issued by the department or unit with the authority of employing people;

After the registration, if the number of applicants does not reach the prescribed proportion, the plan shall be reduced accordingly according to the prescribed proportion.
3. Registration for other junior positions except counselor positions.

After the registration, if the number of applicants does not reach the required proportion, the recruitment position will be cancelled in principle. Plan to recruit more than 2 people, according to the provisions of the corresponding reduction plan.
4. Qualification examination: The qualification examination of candidates runs through the whole recruitment process. Please fill in and submit relevant personal information truthfully. If the relevant materials and information provided by the candidates are untrue, once found, their qualifications for the examination will be cancelled.
(3) Examination
1, counselor post examination
The post examination for counselors is divided into written examination and interview.
(1) written test
Written test content: it mainly tests the basic knowledge of candidates and professional knowledge related to student work. Total written test score 100. Set a written test score of 60 points.
Time and place of written examination: subject to the admission ticket.
(2) Interview
According to the written test results, the interviewer is determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 5. The interview takes the form of structured interview, which mainly tests the relevant professional knowledge, business ability and comprehensive quality of the candidates. The total interview score is 100. If the interviewer does not reach the required proportion, the interview score is 60. Only those who have achieved the interview results can enter the scope of examination and physical examination. The interview results will be announced on the spot after the interview.
Time and place of interview: subject to the admission ticket.
The shortlisted interviewer list and interview location will be published on Jinan University recruitment website/rczp/index.asp. Please pay attention to the candidates in time and attend the interview on time. If the interviewer fails to submit the relevant materials to the recruiting unit 3 days before the interview, it will be deemed as waiver. After the interview, according to the percentage of written test scores and interview scores accounting for 50% respectively, the total test scores are synthesized.
2. Examination for positions other than counselors
The primary post examination is divided into written examination and interview. According to the relevant regulations on open recruitment of provincial institutions, with approval, the recruitment for doctors is organized by simplified procedures and direct interviews, and the interview results are the total test scores.
(1) written test
The main contents of written examination are public basic knowledge and professional basic knowledge. Total written test score 100. After the written test, the written test results and the list of interview candidates will be announced in time.
The time and place of written examination will be notified separately.
Set a written test score of 60 points, and the candidates who have reached the written test score will determine the interview candidates according to the prescribed proportion from high score to low score; If there are vacancies in the number of qualified written tests, the recruitment will be cancelled; Can not reach the prescribed proportion, according to the actual number of qualified people to determine. The simplified procedure is determined according to the actual number of qualified applicants.
(2) Interview
Teachers' job interviews are conducted by means of trial lectures and defense, mainly to examine whether candidates have the basic qualities and skills of the post, as well as the professional foundation and theoretical literacy required by the post. The trial and defense scores account for 50% of the interview results respectively.
Other professional and technical job interviews take the form of structured testing, which mainly tests the relevant professional knowledge, business ability and comprehensive quality of candidates.
The interview time and place will be announced separately.
Total interview score 100. For positions where the interviewer fails to reach the required proportion and positions with simplified procedures, the interview passing score is set to 60 points. Only those who have achieved the interview results can enter the scope of examination and physical examination. The interview results will be announced on the spot after the interview.
After the interview, according to the percentage of written test scores and interview scores accounting for 50% respectively, the total test scores are synthesized. The written test scores, interview scores and total scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. If the total scores of candidates in the same recruitment plan are tied, the candidates will be determined according to the written test scores from high to low.
(4) Examination and physical examination
According to the recruitment position, according to the total score of candidates, from high score to low score, the number of recruits is 1.2 times, and the candidates who enter the examination and physical examination range are determined, and the examinations and physical examinations are organized in equal amounts in turn. The list of people entering the examination scope will be published on the recruitment website of Jinan University /rczp/index.asp, and the school will set up an examination and physical examination working group to be responsible for the examination and physical examination. The assessment is conducted by online search, individual conversations, key visits, and file access, which mainly examines the candidates' political ideology, moral quality, academic performance, and knowledge level. Vacancies caused by unqualified examinations and physical examinations or abandonment of qualifications for personal reasons can be filled in equal amounts from other personnel who have entered the examination and physical examination scope of the same post.
Physical examination shall be conducted in provincial hospitals in principle, with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants.
(5) Employment publicity
Candidates who have passed the examination, assessment and physical examination shall be uniformly publicized on the website of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for a period of 7 working days. Publicity without objection, submitted to the Provincial Department of human resources and social security audit record. Those who meet the employment conditions shall issue the Notice of Filing for Recruiters in Institutions, and go through the relevant formalities with the Notice of Filing for Recruiters in Institutions. The employing unit and the employed personnel shall sign employment contracts and establish personnel relations in accordance with the regulations. The employed personnel shall implement the probation system according to the regulations, and they will be formally employed after the expiration of the probation period. Those who fail to meet the requirements will terminate the employment contract.
