Zhangjiajie College of Jishou University is located in Zhangjiajie, an internationally famous tourist city. It was established with the approval of Hunan Provincial People's Government, sponsored by Jishou University, a comprehensive university in Hunan Province, and confirmed by the Ministry of Education. It was transformed into an independent undergraduate institution of higher learning in September 2002.
2. Zhangjiajie Aviation Industry Vocational and Technical College, referred to as Zhangjiajie Aviation Vocational College, is located in Zhangjiajie City, Hunan Province. It is one of the two aviation manufacturing vocational colleges in China and one of the 15 national defense science, technology and industry vocational education and training bases.
