I saw the intimate behavior of college students on campus.

PDA is the abbreviation of English public display of affection, which means to show one's feelings publicly. This is a universally applicable concept, and here I want to talk about my views on this behavior on campus.

Near the computer level 2 exam, I found a quiet classroom exercise with my computer in the afternoon. Unexpectedly, a couple came later, walked around and chose the position in front of me. Then, the two just play mobile phone music, eat snacks, whisper to each other and engage in some intimate behaviors. After that, other students in the classroom left the classroom one after another, and my original review plan was also disrupted.

In view of the above behavior, I am not reflecting on the self-deprecating cultural phenomenon of "single dog" popular on social media such as Weibo, nor am I talking about the so-called "being loved by the show" mentality. Only after personal experience, can I more deeply understand the uncomfortable influence this behavior has brought to onlookers.

First of all, this kind of behavior is not recognized by the traditional mainstream culture in China, and even considered harmful and immoral. Most people who have participated in this survey have clearly expressed their disgust at this kind of behavior. In fact, the news that college couples are making out on campus has become commonplace, and everyone is used to it. Although it is understandable that couples will have intimate behavior, does the increasing frequency of behavior mean that they can really continue to be allowed to develop and be allowed to develop as they should?

In fact, even in the university campus where this kind of behavior is more acceptable, being too intimate in public learning situations will cause students' dissatisfaction. For example, Huaxia College of Wuhan University of Technology has issued new regulations prohibiting student cadres from making out with lovers in public places, and violators will be dismissed. Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications set up a civilization supervision group to discourage "intimate behavior in public places". It can be seen that the intimate behavior of college students in public places is at least discouraged.

Secondly, about why some people like to show intimacy in public places on campus. In fact, this has something to do with some students' willingness to seek others' approval. Maybe the client didn't mean it, nor did he seek the pleasure of being disgusted by others, but for whatever reason, this kind of behavior does exist in our university campus and happens around us.

Two views on this behavior. Any controversial topic will cause extensive discussion. Some people think that this kind of behavior is a private matter and others have no right to interfere. As college students, they have the right to decide their own behavior. However, another part of the opposition group said that it is uncomfortable to see these behaviors that don't care about others' feelings in public. Of course, some people neither support nor oppose it, and take a neutral attitude.

Finally, in my opinion, we certainly don't live in the feudal era of strictly observing the Three Cardinals and the Five Permanent Principles. It is normal for boys and girls to have moderate communication, but the wrong place and the way of love are too open and intimate, which may make love deteriorate in the eyes of others. We should grasp the principle of moderation and leave a comfortable study space for ourselves and others. Respect yourself and others. Only by strengthening self-cultivation and accepting correct ideological and moral education is the key to purifying the campus and solving problems.

I hope that inappropriate behaviors will gradually disappear and everything on campus will no longer be embarrassing.
