2. The feasibility of the project has not been investigated in detail and the preparation is not sufficient. This project was inspected by the leader and handed over to me for implementation. The company didn't arrange for me to go out for an inspection. Before the implementation of the project, the equipment manager of the company reminded me that this project was deceptive and I didn't pay enough attention to it. Due to lack of experience, blindly believe the findings of the leaders. Before construction, I don't know what kind of waste oil this device is suitable for, and whether this device is suitable for our company. Therefore, after the completion of the project, the high flash point waste oil in urea can only be controlled within a reasonable cost, and the deeply oxidized waste oil recovered from the compression section can not reach the design cost after treatment. Main reasons:
(1) After consultation, most of other people's oils are replaced and recycled when the indicators are not up to standard, so the treatment cost is low. However, it is a fact that our company's lubricating oil cannot be reused and is rarely replaced once, which has a long service life.
② Another reason is that our company's process is complex, the production load is heavy, and the compressor temperature control is high, which leads to the deep oxidation of compressed lubricating oil;

3. The outsourcing engineer hired by 3.xx Company has a big temper and is difficult to cooperate, and failed to provide relevant piping drawings.
