Kiev National Normal University, also known as Drakon Manof National Normal University (нац? ональний педагог? чний ун? верситет ? мен? М.П.Драгоманова)。 Founded in 1834, 1987 was named after Dragomanov. 1993 was upgraded from a junior college to a national university, and 1997 was upgraded from a Ukrainian presidential decree to a national university. It is a famous higher education teaching and research institution in Europe and the most authoritative normal university in Ukraine. It has the highest level of higher education in Ukraine-Level 4, which is directly managed by the Ministry of Education of Ukraine.
