First, the whereabouts of college graduates' files

The graduation files of college students mainly determine the flow direction and filing institution of graduation files according to whether graduates sign tripartite agreements or not.

(1) Two points

1, dichotomy means that graduates do not sign a tripartite agreement when they graduate, and the school directly mails the graduates' files to the Human Resources and Social Labor Security Bureau (the education bureau where the normal graduates' files are registered) for filing through confidential post office or express mail.

2. Dichotomy, including returning to the province for employment and flexible employment.

(2) Scheduling

Dispatch means that graduates sign a tripartite agreement with enterprises and institutions before graduation, and the school directly mails the graduates' files to the signing unit of the tripartite agreement or the talent center designated by the signing unit for archiving through confidential post office or express mail.

(3) University graduates

College-upgraded undergraduate refers to the graduates who took the college-upgraded undergraduate examination before graduation and were admitted to undergraduate colleges. The archives of college graduates are mailed by the school to the institutions admitted to undergraduate courses through confidential post offices or express mail.

(D) admitted to graduate school

Postgraduate admission refers to graduates who pass the national postgraduate examination and are admitted to institutions of higher learning. Its files are mailed by the school through confidential post office or express delivery to the universities that admit graduate students.

(5) Studying abroad

The archives of graduates who intend to study abroad are filed by the school in the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education through confidential post office or express mail.

Second, positive evaluation.

(1) One year after graduation, the graduates will receive the application form for regularization grading from the filing institution with the registration certificate, and then the personnel department of the enterprises and institutions (and the unit that signed the tripartite agreement when the graduates graduated) will stamp the application form for regularization grading, and finally return the application form for regularization grading to the filing institution. Graduates' files have officially changed from student status files to personnel files and graduate cadres' identities.
