Xicheng street. The College of Arts and Sciences of Yangtze University is a full-time ordinary college sponsored by Yangtze University in 2004. It is open to 26 provinces, cities and districts in China. College of Arts and Sciences, South Campus of Yangtze University, No.85 Xueyuan Road, Jingzhou District, is Xicheng Street. It is located in Jingzhou City, Hubei Province, the capital of Chu during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, and the hometown of the great patriotic poet Qu Yuan. This was once the place where Ma Rong, a famous politician, writer and educator in the Eastern Han Dynasty, set up an account to give lectures.
