But after going to college, because there is no pressure from relevant parties, the school no longer requires us to get up early, and our parents can't control us. They don't urge us to get up at seven or eight every morning, so we have to get up early on our own at this time.

But most people don't develop this kind of self-control, because junior high school and senior high school are forced to make self-control and have no choice. This is the arrangement of the school, not what we want. When we get to the university, we can get up at any time. Therefore, in the absence of self-control, we have all become difficult households to get up.

If it comes to the weekend, some people may sleep until eleven or twelve o'clock, and some people even stay up all night the first night and get up at three or four o'clock the next afternoon. This has caused a very big problem. Many people didn't learn anything during college, but stayed up until they collapsed, and even there was news of sudden death of college students. The main reason for all this lies in our lack of self-control.

Therefore, it is important to cultivate self-control. We can set an alarm clock for ourselves every day and get up at seven or eight. Then you must find something to do after getting up. You can go running or walking, read books in the classroom and do some similar activities. Let yourself be positive and have something to do, so as to form the habit of getting up early and not become sleepy and too lazy.
