West China Health School affiliated to Sichuan University is located in Huangtianba, Qingyang District, Chengdu. Its predecessor was "Private Nursing School Affiliated to West China Union Medical College", which was jointly founded by American, British and Canadian churches in 19 18. In 65438, it was renamed as "Private Chengdu Renji Senior Nurse Vocational School".

After the founding of New China, the school was renamed as Health School Affiliated to Sichuan Medical College, 1985 Health School Affiliated to West China Medical University (directly affiliated to the Ministry of Health), and in 2000 it was renamed as West China Health School Affiliated to Sichuan University. In 2009, the school moved to Qingyang Campus, West China, Sichuan University. With the approval of Sichuan Provincial Health Department "Chuan (2009) 140", enrollment resumed on 20 10.
