In the construction of CALIS sub-project, Jilin University Library won the outstanding organization award of CALIS Phase III consulting service project, the first prize of CALIS Phase III university ancient books resource database construction project, the outstanding contribution award of CALIS Phase III joint catalogue project construction, the outstanding contribution award of CALIS Phase III name standardization database project construction, and the third prize of CALIS Phase III excellent service center for interlibrary loan and document delivery.

In terms of self-built database, Jilin University's full-text dissertation database won the first prize of CALIS phase III university dissertation database project data construction and the first prize of document delivery, and Northeast Asia research database won the third prize of CALIS phase III characteristic database project construction. At the same time, two librarians won the advanced individual award of CALIS Phase III Provincial Document Information Service Center.

It is reported that CALIS is one of the "2 1 1 Project" public service systems of higher education in China. CALIS takes the concept of "* * * co-construction * * * sharing" as the guiding ideology, and uses advanced technical means to deeply excavate and integrate the academic information resources owned by various institutions around the world, so as to promote the extensive use of these resources by users. Since 1998, through the construction of three projects, a relatively complete CALIS document information service network has been formed.

Jilin University Library is the document information service center of CALIS in Northeast China and Jilin Province. Responsible for organizing the construction and service of literature information in colleges and universities in Northeast China and Jilin Province, and establishing and perfecting the regional and provincial literature information guarantee system. It is CALIS's "resource integration center", "information service center", "technical support center" and "promotion training center" for libraries and readers at all levels in Northeast China and Jilin Province.

During the construction of the third phase of CALIS project, the document resources support capacity of Jilin University Library was significantly improved: the coverage rate of CALIS service publicity, the signing rate of member library agreement and the training rate of member library all reached100%; The utilization rate of CALIS*** sharing system software in the whole province is 100%, and the service coverage rate of CALIS document search engine (e-reading), interlibrary loan and document delivery (e-reading), virtual reference service (e-questioning) and foreign periodical network (CCC) in the whole province is 100%.
