According to the inquiry of official website of Liaoning Communication College, the school was founded in 199 1 and was upgraded to Liaoning Communication College with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 20 14. The school is located in Shenyang, the capital of Liaoning Province. It is the only independent undergraduate college in Northeast China, which mainly cultivates applied talents in media arts. The school has two campuses, north and south, covering an area of 870,000 square meters, with a building area of 4 1 1,000 square meters.
