According to China Education Online, Xi 'an Information Vocational College is the second one. Xi Information Vocational College has different enrollment batches in each province, including undergraduate, undergraduate, junior college, general one and general two. According to its first enrollment batch in the general category, its enrollment in Jiangxi, Guangxi, Ningxia and other provinces in 2022 belongs to the second batch of undergraduate courses, which can be regarded as two universities.

The school started from Shaanxi Vocational College of Electronic Technology and was founded in 1992. In 2005, the school moved to a new campus and was renamed Xi 'an Information Vocational University in May 20 19.
