Epidemic prevention policy of Hainan college students returning home
1. High risk area. Take control measures for people who have lived in high-risk areas within 7 days: 7 days of home isolation medical observation, during which the assigned code management is implemented, and people who do not have home isolation conditions are subject to centralized isolation measures; On day 1, day 3, day 5 and day 7 of home isolation, 1 nucleic acid was detected respectively.
2. Low-risk areas. Control measures for people who have lived in low-risk areas for 7 days: home health monitoring for 3 days, during which 2 inspections are carried out for 3 days (excluding landing inspection).
3. Land border port cities. People who come to Qionglai from the land border port city and those who live in the land border port city for less than 7 days are subject to "landing inspection" at the gate when they arrive in Qionglai, and 1 nucleic acid test is conducted on the third day after entering Qionglai. The list of land border port cities in China is published according to the scope of land border port cities in 7 provinces (autonomous regions), involving 36 cities (states) and 68 counties (districts), of which 4 counties in Heilongjiang Province are for reference management. The details are shown in the Annex.
4. Entry personnel. Implement "5-day centralized isolation medical observation +3-day home isolation medical observation" for entry personnel. Those who do not have the conditions of home isolation will continue to be centralized isolation, and code management will be implemented during the isolation period, and they are not allowed to go out; Perform 1 nucleic acid detection on 1, 2, 3 and 5 days of centralized isolation medical observation and 1 nucleic acid detection on 1 and 3 days of home isolation medical observation; If the entry personnel complete the isolation outside the province, they will not be isolated after entering Qiong;
5. All personnel coming to Qiong in risk areas must report to their communities (villages), hotels and units at the first time, and actively cooperate with the implementation of various prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid detection.
6. All personnel who enter Qionglai board the plane (ship or car) within 48 hours with the negative certificate of 1 nucleic acid, and take their temperature, sweep the floor and fill in Qionglai code (Hainan health code "Qionglai code") at the entry port of Qionglai: in principle, one person fills in one code, and family members (old people) ), check travel itinerary, implement "landing inspection", that is, take and leave, stay at home (hotel) and wait for the result, and don't go out or go to public places where people gather. High-risk areas and low-risk areas, areas related to key epidemics, areas with local epidemics within 7 days, land border port cities and entry personnel shall be managed according to corresponding measures.
9. If the above areas overlap, stricter control measures shall be taken.
